"Papa Good Foot, Damn Good Sauce and Rub, is more than just a fancy name and catchy phrase. This stuff presents itself with both the quality and care that is seldom found on any shelf these days. It has great versatility, some of which I have discovered accidentally. It’s great on both chicken and pork, for marinating or basting. It even makes a good dipping sauce. I had what I thought was the misfortune of accidentally spilling the sauce onto a freshly made garden salad that I had just made. Trying not to be wasteful, I proceeded to go forth with my supposedly ruined salad, only to find that this DAMN GOOD sauce makes one hell of a salad dressing. Better than any vinaigrette that I’ve had. You just can’t make this stuff up. I don’t recall ever writing a review for any other product but felt compelled to do so this time. I won’t bore you like the pros trying to describe the delicate balance of the sweetness, smokiness, spiciness, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah. I recommend just trying a bottle and finding out for yourself."

"After using Papa Good Foot sauce on chicken, brisket, pork ribs, I have come to realize it is a sauce that has a great balance of vinegar + tomato. It has a slight sweet flavor in the beginning then finishes with a spicy kick. The consistency is thin enough to use as a finishing sauce or even a marinade. when mopped on the products and grilled it has a caramelization that forms to get a good crust. I've used lots of BBQ sauces and in my opinion this is one of the best BBQ sauces anywhere."

"Over the past several weeks, I have used Papa Good Foot Sauce on a variety of meats. I marinated chicken breasts and grilled them. I roasted ribs and basted them. I also used it with chopped BBQ. I really like the sweetness of the sauce with just the right amount of heat at the end. My whole family enjoyed the taste testing. This is a versatile sauce that could be used on seafood also. I plan on trying it with grilled shrimp next."
